Charity run with Renault, Sunday 26 March
We are invited to a charity observation run to raise money for the flood victims.
It’s a combined run with the Renault Car Club of Victoria organised by David Cavanagh, who is a member of both clubs. RCCV did a run for the fire victims and raised nearly $500, so we are hoping to double that with both clubs taking part.
There are 50 questions and every wrong or missed question will cost you $1. It was set at 50 questions to make it easy for people to just donate $50 if they would rather not do the questions.
Meeting place is at the McDonalds outbound on the Calder Freeway next door to Calder Raceway at 9am.
The tour takes us through the Macedon Ranges and the finish is only an hour out of town so it’s an easy run for those from the other side of town.
The finish park has barbecue, picnic facilities and toilets, the town also has take-away food, pubs and RSL. Also fuel and EV charging is available.
No need to book, just turn up on the day.
